Due Diligence

The object of the financial due diligence, is to aid and provide elements of judgment during the process of quantitative and qualitative evaluations for the acquisitions or merger transactions between two or more entities. This service involves, among other things, the determination of equity value of the company, its earnings before interests, depreciation and taxes, the fair value of its assets and liabilities, and an evaluation to see whether the company complies with current fiscal regulations, apart from comments concerning entries and primary controls used in the accounting system and internal control.
