Baker Tilly maintains an operational and administrative structure aligned with the services provided to our clients. All professionals hired by the firm undergo a rigorous recruitment and selection process, ensuring that our staff is professional and suitable to deliver the highest quality of services to our clients, which is the firm's main objective.

The firm invests in the training of our staff in the following areas of expertise: auditing and accounting standards, business analysis and internal controls, taxation, oral and written communication techniques, and various business topics that provide the necessary tools for their personal professional growth and upward mobility within the organization.

Currently, the company has more than 72 people, eight of whom are part of the administrative staff, while the rest are professionals, including partners who dedicate 80% of their time to direct client service, allowing all clients to benefit from the professional experience acquired over years of service.

All professional staff hold university degrees in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or Psychology, or are undergoing their professional training to obtain their university degrees.
